Physical Therapy
A dedicated 60 minute session fully one-on-one with your therapist. Your first session is a comprehensive evaluation and assessment, with subsequent sessions composed of treatment specifically designed for you.
You may refer yourself to physical therapy at any time. Additionally, your physician may provide you a prescription for physical therapy if needed. A copy of all initial and progress notes will be sent to your primary care or referring physician.

General Movement Screen
A 30 minute session appraising dynamic and compound movements to quickly evaluate and identify generalized movement patterns.
Perfect if you have a nagging or lingering pain or have concerns or curiosity about exercise!

Dry Needling
A 30 minute session where specific muscle trigger points are treated with insertion of a monofilament needle to reduce pain and spasm.
These are available for patients who have previously been evaluated in a physical therapy plan of care.
Meet Your Therapists
Dr. Joe Agostinelli, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT graduated from Saint Louis University in 2007 with his master’s degree in physical therapy, and completed his clinical doctorate in 2008. He achieved his board certification in orthopedics in 2012 and achieved renewal in 2022. He completed his certification in manual therapy in 2021.
Joe’s vast experience in orthopedic care includes:

Spinal and peripheral joint manipulation
Joe grew up in Naperville and is proud to provide comprehensive and stellar care to the community in which he was raised.
His hobbies and interests include cooking and raising his son and daughter alongside his wife.
Dr. Uri Ondras, PT, DPT graduated with his doctorate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences @ San Marcos in 2019.
As a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, he takes a holistic approach with his patients with a strong emphasis on postural retraining. He especially enjoys educating patients on their specific impairments so that they feel more empowered to experiment and progress independently.
Uri lives in Naperville with his wife and 3 kids. They enjoy exploring different cities and cuisines, attending sporting events, and hanging out in the sun. He additionally enjoys exercising and kickboxing in his free time as well as taking in a good mystery novel/show.
